Public Offer Agreement

EFFECTIVE FROM: 2026-01-01 // STATUS: ENFORCED

Attention! Acceptance of this Agreement constitutes any interaction with the Website, submitting an order form, or making a payment for hosting / development services.

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The Contractor (INFRA Studio) undertakes to provide services for web solutions deployment, server-side GTM setup, cloud or managed hosting (WaaS), and the Customer undertakes to accept these services and pay for them in accordance with the approved tariffs.

2. SERVICE PROVISION PROCEDURE & RESTRICTIONS

All services are provided based on the Technical Specification (TS) and approved development slots.

// CRITICAL STUDIO RESTRICTIONS:

The Contractor categorically refuses to provide services and will terminate the agreement unilaterally without a refund if the Customer's project is related to:

× Gambling, online casinos, betting, or financial pyramids (scams);
× Template No-Code website builders (such as Tilda);
× "As of yesterday" urgent requests in the absence of clear technical documentation.

3. COST OF SERVICES AND SETTLEMENTS

The cost of services is specified in the tariffs on the hosting.html page or agreed upon individually via messengers prior to the start of work. Payment is made to the Contractor's settlement account or through agreed digital methods. Hosting services are provided subject to 100% prepayment for the billing period.

4. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

The Contractor guarantees the basic uptime availability of the server infrastructure, however, is not responsible for disruptions in the operation of third-party API services (e.g., Meta Conversion API, Google Analytics) caused by the actions of the platforms themselves or blocking on the end-users' ISPs side.
